発表題目 Elevational pattern of soil nematode diversity and the drivers in temperate forest of South Korea
要旨本文 Elevational patterns of soil nematode diversity (SND) have been widely explored based on their importance in ecosystem processes and functions. Yet, little is known about the effects of plant-soil linkages and climatic drivers on the pattern. Therefore, the soil nematode community was investigated along the elevational gradient with tree drivers, such as tree diversity, identity, and aboveground biomass (AGB), and environmental drivers in Mt. Gariwang. We used variance partitioning to compare the relative importance among the drivers on the SND pattern. This showed an unclear trend, whereas it was jointly regulated by AGB and NH4+-N particularly being affected by tree drivers rather than environmental drivers. These findings highlight a comprehensive understanding of the biotic interaction between aboveground-belowground as well as environmental effects in the SND pattern.
