要旨本文	To observe the interaction between ECM (Cenococcum geophilum & Laccaria japonica) fungi and AM (Rhizophagus irregularis) fungus under co-inoculation conditions in Populus tomentosa. C. geophilum (Cg) and L. japonica (Lj) were separately used to inoculate the roots of P. tomentosa seedlings with or without the co-inoculation of R. irregularis (Ri). After 68 days, the AM & ECM colonization rate, Lj sporocarp primordium, and above-ground biomass were measured. The AM colonization of Ri and Lj+Ri were significantly higher than Cg+Ri. The ECM colonization rate of Lj and Cg were significantly higher than Lj+Ri and Cg+Ri. The biomasses of Lj and Lj+Ri treatments were the highest, followed by Cg, Cg+Ri, Ri, and control seedlings, respectively. These results indicate competition between AM and ECM fungi under the co-colonization of both mycorrhizal fungi.
