発表題目 | Identifying genes regulating ectomycorrhizal formation from the natural variation of Cenococcum geophilum Identifying genes regulating ectomycorrhizal formation from the natural variation of Cenococcum geophilum |
要旨本文 | Ectomycorrhizal (ECM) fungi form beneficial association with trees in forests. However, the molecular mechanism of mycorrhizal formation is unclear. Our group has reported the several related-ECM formation SNPs of Cenococcum geophilum (Cg) estimated by genome-wide association study (GWAS) with reference genome of Cg ChCg30. In this study, the related SNPs were further analyzed by GWAS with reference to JaCg10 genome. 276 genes related to significant SNPs were identified. Moreover, significant 990 up-regulated and 811 down-regulated genes were identified by the transcriptome analysis (RNA-seq) between Cg free-living mycelia and mycorrhizal roots of Popular tomemtosa infected by Cg JaCg10. The common genes related to ECM formation estimated by GWAS and RNA-seq are being analyzed. The RT-qPCR will be used to verify whether these common genes are related to mycorrhizal formation. |
