要旨本文 |
This study outlines a comprehensive strategy for selecting superior individuals of Tilia amurensis in tree improvement programs, addressing the urgent need for conservation and sustainable management. Examining 20 base populations across diverse topographies, we categorized them into three types. Candidate trees were assessed using growth and adaptation indices with a weighted generalized value. The volume growth evaluation strategically employed correction coefficients to adjust growth characteristics based on age and site conditions. Baseline selection and subsequent adjustment ensured representation across populations, identifying 62 superior individuals considering both genetic and environmental factors. The diverse topography of selected populations reflects a holistic approach aimed at enhancing genetic diversity. This research provides vital insights into T. amurensis plus tree selection, forming a foundational contribution to genetic resource conservation and forest management in temperate deciduous broadleaf forests. |
