要旨本文	The study focuses on testing two mobile cutting chippers with distinct crushing methods under uniform conditions, using log timber of the same species. The objective is to assess their impact on productivity, fuel consumption, and chip quality, assuming the chips are intended for heat utilization. By comparing the results, the study aims to exemplify the significance of standardization in evaluating different chipper models. And in doing so, it aims to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of wood chipper performance for biomass fuel production.
