要旨本文 | MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play a crucial role in regulating mycorrhizal symbiosis. Our study aims to investigate the miRNA-guided regulation in ectomycorrhizal (ECM) formation. In this report, differentially expressed miRNAs (DE-miRNAs) and their target genes in Cenococcum geophilum infecting Populus tomentosa were analyzed by miRNA-seq. Our finding revealed a total of 76 DE-miRNAs (6 up-regulated; 70 down-regulated) in C. geophilum during ECM formation. Notably, all of these DE-miRNAs were unknown. Corresponding to these DE-miRNAs, 546 target genes were predicted by psRNATarget and degradome analysis. However, only a few target genes have been reported to be related to stress resistance. Taken together, our research is of great significance to the ECM formation. |
