要旨本文 | Ectomycorrhizal (EcM) symbiosis plays an important role in the growth of woody plants and the conservation of forest ecology. In the previous study, four genes (PtoGST2, PtoGPS1104, PtoPE15, and PtoPE17) were selected as candidate genes to explore how they regulate EcM formation. In this study, phylogenetic analysis and amino acid sequence alignment revealed that: (1) PtoGST2 contains conserved GST_C_Tau and GST_N_Tau domains, belonging to the GST (glutathione S-transferase) gene family; (2) PtoGPS1104 contains BOXA, B, and C of the Germin-like protein gene family; (3) PtoPE15 contains a WRKY domain and belongs to the WRKY family; (4) PtoPE17 contains the GDSL_hydrolase domain, classified as GDSL-type esterase/lipase genes. To reveal their regulatory mechanisms, we obtained overexpression, knockout, and knockdown mutants for these four genes. |
